How to use

Curl the lashes from the base upwards with a lash curler first. Wiggle the brush up along the base of the upper lashes, then repeat the stroke to build the level of thickness you want. Sweep the lower lashes one at a time with the tip of the brush, and let the formula set for a moment before blinking.
