We only make these claims when a product's manufacturer certifies them, and we say so on that product's page.

Can I return something?

All sales are final, so we don't accept returns for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged, defective or wrong, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll put it right. See Returns.

How much is delivery?

Delivery is tracked and calculated for your exact bag and destination, from $4.99. You see the amount in your bag before you pay, and one charge covers the whole order.

Is Soclasica for my age?

Yes. We choose shades, textures and tools for every age, from a first lip gloss to a richer night balm. Shoppers under 18 should order with a parent or guardian.

Do you sell wholesale?

Yes. Salons, boutiques and resellers can apply for a business account with trade pricing.
