A light conditioning veil for lashes and brows. The fine texture glides onto the base of the upper and lower lashes and leaves them looking fuller and more defined, without stickiness or clumping.
Glycerin and hydrogenated castor oil bring moisture and nourishment to the surface of the lashes. The finish stays fresh rather than tacky, so lashes remain separated and soft to the touch, even in cold, dry weather.
Wear it as a lash base beneath daily makeup, or sweep a thin layer through sparse brow areas for conditioning care. The small format stores easily in a bag for travel or touch-ups.

How to use
Clean the skin around the eyes and keep it dry. Rotate the cap, take a small amount on the brush and apply a thin layer to the base of the upper and lower lashes. Let it air dry before following with makeup, or use it alone. For brow care, sweep a thin layer through sparse areas.
