Cost

Every order travels with tracking, from $4.99. Delivery is calculated for your exact bag and destination, so you see the final amount in your bag before you pay, with no surprises at checkout. One charge covers the whole order.

Timing

We prepare orders within 1-3 business days. Delivery usually takes 7-15 business days, depending on where you are; pieces held in our US and UK warehouses often arrive sooner. If your order includes items from more than one warehouse, they may arrive in separate parcels.

Duties and taxes

US prices don't include sales tax unless it's shown at checkout. Outside the US, your local customs authority may charge import VAT, GST or duties on delivery.
