How to use
Press the stamp end at the outer corner where the wing should sit, keeping it level with the lash line, then lift straight up. Use the fine tip to draw from the inner corner outward and meet the stamp. Give the ink a few seconds to set before opening the eye fully. Tidy the edge with a cotton swab dipped in eye makeup remover.
