The wood casing feels firm and warm in the hand. Use the pencil to sketch shape and fill sparse areas, then sweep the brush through to lift hairs and blend the edges.

Use the pencil tip to outline the brow and fill sparse sections with light strokes. Follow with the brush to comb hairs upward and soften any hard edges. Build color gradually until the shape looks balanced.
