The motor is quiet and steady, gliding over skin rather than tugging at it, so a quick tidy before a meeting or an evening out takes a minute rather than a mirror-side negotiation. The smooth plastic body sits lightly in the hand and turns comfortably in either the left or the right.
A single button starts and stops the blade, and the shape is small enough for a wash bag or a desk drawer. Charging by USB takes six hours and returns up to 70 minutes of use, enough for weeks of touch-ups between charges.
Charge fully with the USB cable before the first use. Fit the fine head for brow shaping or the wider head for the lip, chin and cheeks, then switch on with the single button. Glide slowly against the direction of hair growth, holding the skin gently taut. Tap out the clippings and brush the head clean after each use.
