Tight, close-set curls in a warm orange, gathered onto a lace front cap so the hairline reads as your own. The curl pattern is small and springy, which keeps the volume near the head and lets the ends move rather than sit flat.

The fibre is a high temperature synthetic, worked half by hand at the front edge so the hair falls softly instead of standing stiffly away from the face. Weight runs from 240 to 348 grams depending on length, light enough to forget you are wearing it and steady enough to hold its shape across a long day.

Seven lengths take it from a rounded shape at the jaw and cheekbone to a longer fall past the shoulder. The orange is rich and clear rather than shrill, and it flatters most complexions, from pale to deep.

How to use

Trim the lace back to your natural hairline before fitting, then secure the cap with a wig grip or a thin line of adhesive along the front edge. Detangle with a wide-tooth comb, working from the ends upward, and reshape the curls with your fingers. Wash in cool water with a mild shampoo and let it dry on a stand so the curl pattern holds. Rest it on a stand or inside a mesh cap between wears.
