Safflower Extract Mousse Toner

A puff of airy foam, worked over the face with fingertips, that turns the step between cleansing and makeup into something quietly pleasurable. The texture is light and cloud-soft, spreading easily and sinking in without a rinse or a wait.

Safflower extract, coconut oil and apricot fruit extract give the mousse its conditioning feel, so skin that has been left tight by water and cleanser comes back to a comfortable, supple finish. Absorbed, it leaves a smooth surface that makeup sits on more evenly.

It suits every skin type, and reads especially well for anyone whose face feels dry or drawn after washing. Use it in the morning before foundation, or in the evening as a hydrating layer under serum and moisturizer.
