How to use
Start with clean, dry skin or a light layer of body oil. Hold the handle and glide the rolling bar over the back, shoulders or limbs in slow, even strokes. Turn the stick to use the scraping edge where you want a firmer gua sha style pass. Work for a few minutes, then wipe the plastic with a clean cloth.
