Start with your usual size from XS to XXXL and check the stated hold weight of 45 kg to 65 kg against the wearer. Pull the vest on over swimwear or a base layer before you reach the water, then settle the neoprene flat across the chest and back so it sits close without twisting. Pair it with swim shorts or a rash top for surf and drift swims, or with your fishing layers for a day on the boat.
