Warm pavement underfoot and a glint of metal at the ankle. Two slender straps cross the top of the foot in a polished gold or silver finish, meeting at a soft toe post, while the back stays open with a small buckle to hold the fit.
The flat rubber sole keeps you close to the ground and feels light on the foot. Low at the vamp and open at the toe, the shape leaves room for skin and sunshine.
Sizes 36 to 43 cover a broad range of feet. Wear them with linen trousers and a cotton shirt for a long lunch, with a slip dress at the shore, or with cropped jeans for an evening that starts on a terrace.

How to use
Take your usual European size; the back buckle tightens for a closer hold on narrower feet. Wear with bare legs and ankle length hems so the straps stay in view, or with swimwear and a sarong at the beach. Wipe the upper with a damp cloth after wearing and let the pair air dry away from direct heat.
