How to use
Apply a small amount to the lid with a fingertip or brush, starting sheer and building to the intensity you want. Tap off excess powder first, then press shimmer onto the center of the lid or along the lash line. Layer over matte shadow for depth, or wear alone for a mirror finish. Close after use and store dry.
