Choose your usual size from S-L for a close, supportive fit that moves with you. Adjust the back straps to set the length across the shoulders, then wear it on its own with leggings or layered under a tank or hoodie after class. Fasten and unfasten with care, and keep the mesh panel away from velcro and rough trims.
