How to use
Outline the lips with the pencil, following the natural edge or drawing just inside it for a softer shape. Fill the centre with the matte colour, one thin layer for a lighter tone or a second for full opacity, then let it set for a moment before pressing the lips together. Blot once with a tissue if you prefer a softer finish.
