Details
A steady hold changes the whole set. Close-fitting gloves in Lycra move with the hand, with a non-slip surface that keeps the bar from shifting as you press, pull and rack.
The wrist guard sits snug against the wrist for a supported feel under load. Lightweight at 80-100 g for the pair and in purple, they pack away easily after a session.
Four sizes follow hand circumference and palm width: S 17-19 / 7.5-8, M 19-21 / 8-8.5, L 21-23 / 8.5-9, XL 23-25 / 9-9.5. Measure around the hand and across the palm, then choose the closest match for barbell work and general fitness training.
