The water wave chain does the quiet work here. Its links ripple rather than sit flat, so the piece moves with you and never looks stiff. An electroplated finish gives the metal a bright, even tone, and at 25-26g it rests lightly on the neck.
Daytime asks for a fine knit, a plain white shirt or a simple crew neck, with the coins left to do the talking. After dark, wear it against bare skin with a slip dress or an open collar. The chain runs 41-50cm, so it settles at the collarbone or just below, above most necklines.
