Lace Thong with Double-Band Sides

Lace does the talking here, and it does so quietly. Symmetrical panels are set across the front in a neat, balanced pattern, so the detail reads as considered rather than fussy, even when only a narrow edge shows above a waistband.

The knit is a close blend of polyester and spandex, firm enough to hold its shape and light enough to forget you are wearing it. At 27 g the piece barely registers. Slim double-band sides sit flat against the hip, which keeps the outline smooth under tailored trousers, a bias-cut skirt or a close-fitting dress.

A thong for the days that call for a clean line: office hours, a long dinner, a dress you have been waiting to wear. The lace front gives it enough charm for evenings when someone else may see it, and the plain construction makes it just as easy to reach for on a Monday morning.
