Knitted Border Scarf

Cold mornings begin more kindly with a scarf that wraps generously and sits lightly. The knit carries a fine ribbed texture, and a contrasting border frames the ends for a considered finish.

At 175 x 30 cm it is long enough to loop once and still fall in a clean line down the front of a coat, or to fold double around the collar when the wind picks up. The polyester knit has a smooth, even hand and holds its shape through repeated wear.

Six shades cover the useful ground: deep red and army green for a purposeful note against neutral outerwear, camel and beige for softer tonal dressing, and gray and black for the days that call for something quiet. It works as readily over a tailored wool coat as it does with a quilted jacket on a weekend walk.
