The jacquard does the talking here. An ethnic-inspired motif is knitted into the fabric rather than printed on it, so the pattern sits in relief and shifts with the light as you move.
The round neck sits clean at the collarbone, and dropped shoulders give the body its loose, unhurried line. Polyester yarn keeps the knit dense and smooth in the hand, holding the shape of the garment through a long day at a desk or a slow afternoon out.
At 50cm to 65cm in length it finishes around the hip, long enough to cover a waistband and short enough to tuck into high-waisted trousers. Choose gray, black, blue or wine red, and wear it over a slim roll neck when the weather turns.

The cut is loose through the body with dropped shoulders, so take your usual size for a relaxed line and one size up if you prefer more slouch.
