Steps feel softer and the heel sits a touch higher. A slim silicone pad rests against the inside of the shoe, adding a quiet change of height without altering the look of the footwear.
The pad is moulded in flexible silicone with a smooth surface that sits flat at the heel. It comes in two heights, 3cm and 4cm, and two tones, white and nude, so you can match the shoe and the lift you want.
Slip a pair into trainers for a long day on your feet, into boots for a different silhouette, or into sandals and work shoes when the heel needs more comfort. Sizes cover 34 to 46, and each pack holds one pair.

How to use
Place the pad at the heel of the shoe with the smooth side facing the foot, then press it down along the curve. Choose 3cm for a subtle change and 4cm for more height, and check the fit before wearing for a full day. Wipe with a damp cloth and leave to dry before storing.
