Houndstooth at its most composed. The jacquard weave gives the cloth depth and a fine graphic texture, and contrast trim traces the lapel and front edges for a crisp finish that reads inherited rather than new.
The waist is tailored to draw the figure in before the skirt of the coat falls long and clean past the knee. Large round decorative buttons run down the front, flap pockets sit at the hip, and the structured cloth holds its shape through a full day.
