Polyester and spandex give the knit a close, supportive fit that follows the body and returns to shape. It is a thin weight, chosen for warm studios and long walks, with a smooth face that layers under trousers without bulk.

The knit runs close, so take the larger size if you fall between two; the grading follows Asian sizing and runs one to two sizes smaller than US and EU labels. Check the size chart before ordering and allow 2-3 cm of difference, as measurements are taken by hand. Wear with a fitted tank and trainers for studio days, or under a long shirt with flat sandals at the weekend.
