High-Waist Frayed Denim Shorts

Warm afternoons call for denim that moves with you. These shorts sit high on the waist and drop into a clean straight leg, finished with a hand-frayed hem that gives the edge a lived-in softness.

The cloth is a thin, micro-elastic denim with a matte surface and a light hand. It follows the line of the leg without stiffness, so the shape stays neat through a long day of walking, market browsing or a late lunch outside.

Five washes take it in different directions: white and black for a crisp, graphic look, dark blue for something more classic, light blue for hot weather, and purplish blue for a bolder note. Team them with a tucked tank and flat sandals, or with a fine knit and ankle boots when the evening cools.

Sizes run S to XXXL. The sizing follows Asian measurements and runs one to two sizes smaller than US and EU equivalents, so take the larger size when you sit between two. Allow 2-3cm of difference from manual measurement, and check the size chart before choosing.
