A pearl and a line of light. One synthetic pearl sits at the centre, softly lustrous, with a cluster of AAA zircon catching the light beside it. The pendant hangs from a fine chain in a warm gold tone, sized to rest at the collarbone.
Three layers of 18K gold plating over copper give the metal a rich, even colour, finished with colour-preserving electroplating. At 29mm by 14mm the pendant reads clearly without any weight to it, and the chain runs 400mm with a 50mm extender, so it can sit high on the neck or drop a little lower over a shirt collar.
Worn alone with an open neckline it looks composed and quiet. Layered with a shorter chain it takes on an evening mood, which makes it a thoughtful gift for a birthday, an anniversary, or a first piece of gold-toned jewellery.

How to use
Fasten the clasp at the back of the neck and use the 50mm extender to set the pendant where you want it, high on the collarbone or lower over a shirt collar. It works alone with a V neckline or an open collar, and layers neatly under a shorter chain. Keep it away from perfume and water, store it flat in a pouch, and wipe with a soft dry cloth after wearing.
