Gold Plated Lace Shell Zircon Ring

A circle of warm gold that never quite closes. The band opens at the front, its shoulders drawn into hollow lace, with a pale white shell inlay and small zircon stones that lift as the hand moves.

At roughly 15mm across its widest point, the face sits sculptural and bold on the finger, while the split ends part and close for a gentle, forgiving fit. Gold plating over S925 sterling silver gives the surface a polished, honeyed glow, soft in daylight and deeper by lamplight.

Worn alone on the index or middle finger it reads as one considered piece. Slimmer plain bands on the neighbouring fingers make it a stack, and it moves easily from a shirt cuff at a morning meeting to a bare hand at an evening table.
