A quiet glimmer of real pearl, ready to be turned into something of your own. These freshwater pearls come as loose beads in soft white, blush pink and pale purple, each with the low sheen that only comes from a pearl rather than a mould.
Diameter runs from a delicate 3-4mm, lovely for a fine bracelet or a single drop earring, up to a fuller 10-11mm for a strand with presence. Keep to one size for a clean, even line, or combine two for a necklace with rhythm and movement.
Pour them into a shallow dish and sort by size before you begin, then build a piece for a wedding, a birthday or a quiet Sunday at the table. Small, light and easy to work with, they suit a first beading project as comfortably as a more considered design.

How to use
Tip the beads into a shallow tray and separate them by size so a strand stays even. Thread onto beading wire, silk cord or a headpin, knotting between pearls if you want a little space. For earrings, set a single pearl on a pin and finish with a loop. Work over the tray so stray beads are easy to catch.
