How to use
Begin with a clean, dry lid. Draw along the base of the upper lashes from the inner corner outward, keeping close to the lash line for a fine stroke or building a bolder sweep. Let it set for a few seconds before opening the eye fully, and keep the tube closed and upright between uses.
