How to use
Wiggle the wand from the base of the lashes to the tips, then sweep upward to set the curl. Add a second coat while the first is still tacky for more thickness. Let it dry fully before you blink or touch the eyes. Remove with an oil-based eye makeup remover at the end of the day.
