A slow, deliberate pull that stays under your hand. The cup settles on the skin, the button draws it up, and you glide it along the back, waist or upper arm at the pressure you want.
The body is smooth moulded plastic, 8.7 by 7 cm and about 210 g, light enough to hold through a long session without tiring your wrist. Suction builds in steps as you press, so the pull arrives gradually rather than all at once.
Reach for it after a day at a desk, before a stretch session, or when shoulders and legs feel tight. It works over the neck, waist, legs, back and upper arms, on bare skin with a little oil for slip.

How to use
Begin on clean, dry skin with a thin layer of massage oil so the cup glides. Set it in place, then press the button to raise the suction in small steps until the pull feels firm but comfortable. Move slowly along the back, waist or legs and pause where the muscle feels tight rather than dragging quickly. Release the suction before lifting the cup away, and wipe the rim after each use.
