Cold air bites hardest when you are standing still. This electric heated gilet layers warmth over a base layer and under a shell, taking the edge off ski lifts, riding breaks and long hours by the water.
The polyester outer has a chlorinated fiber blend, while the spandex-blend lining moves with you. It sits close enough to hold warmth but leaves room for a thermal top beneath. The piece weighs between 461 and 570g, so it packs into a kit bag without taking over.
Wear it for winter sports, outdoor work or a brisk morning walk. Asian sizing runs 1-2 sizes smaller than European and American sizing, so take the larger size if you fall between two. One gilet is included.
