Elastic Yoga Stretching Strap

Reach a little further than your body allows on its own. The strap loops around a foot or a hand and takes up the slack, holding a stretch steady while you settle into the shape and breathe.

The composite braided elastic is dense and springy, 5 cm wide against the skin so it does not dig or roll, and it gives gently rather than suddenly as you ease deeper. At 1.5 m it is long enough for reclining hamstring work and shoulder openers, and the adjustable length lets you shorten it for closer, more contained holds.

Roll it out on a mat at home before work, take it to a dance class, or keep it in a kit bag for a studio session. It gives beginners a way into postures they cannot yet reach alone, and gives practised movers a way to add resistance and challenge.
