How to use
Clean and dry your natural nails, push back cuticles and lightly buff the surface. Lay the nails out in finger order, press an adhesive tab onto each nail, then press firmly from cuticle to tip and hold for 20-30 seconds. File the tip or edges for a comfortable fit. Keep hands away from water and heavy use for the first 4 hours.
