At roughly 23 x 11 cm it covers the crown and the tops of the ears, wide enough to feel substantial and narrow enough to tuck under a coat collar. The twist holds the shape, so the band stays where you put it through a commute, a walk to the station or a long afternoon outdoors.
Wear it with a heavy coat and a bare face, or over loose hair at the weekend. It works just as well over a sleek low bun when you want the plaid to carry the outfit. One headband is included.

How to use
Draw the band on from the front, settling the crossed plaid panel at the crown. Ease the sides down over the tops of the ears, then loosen a few strands at the temples for a softer line. It sits equally well over loose hair or a low bun.
