Details
A quiet, grounded shoe that lifts the line of a trouser without asking for attention. The low wedge raises the step just enough to change your posture, while the flat front keeps the walk easy through a long morning and an even longer afternoon.
The upper is first layer cowhide, smooth calfskin with a soft sheen that deepens with wear and takes a polish beautifully. Inside, an imitation leather lining sits close to the foot, and the beef tendon sole bends with each stride, standing up to pavement, tile and polished stone.
Three colours do the styling work: white for pale tailoring, black for everything, and a muted bean paste that reads as a warm neutral beside denim or stone grey. The low upper sits neatly below the ankle, so they pair with cropped trousers, midi skirts and slim jeans alike.

How to use
Choose your usual EU size; the low upper sits close across the instep, so a narrow foot may prefer true to size and a wider one a half size up. Wear them with tailored trousers and a silk blouse for the office, or with straight-leg denim and a knit at the weekend. Wipe the calfskin clean after wear and keep the leather supple with a light neutral cream.
