Details

A square of cotton with real presence. The cloth is matte and dry to the touch, weighty enough to hold a fold, so it stays where you place it rather than sliding loose by mid-morning.

Folded on the diagonal it becomes a turban or a hood against a cold wind. Opened flat at 110 x 110 cm, it covers the shoulders like a small shawl, with corners wide enough to knot at the throat.

The palette runs deep: red, green, white, wolf brown and beige. A piece for the cooler half of the year, spring through winter, it works as well over a wool coat as it does with a plain knit and jeans.

How to use

Fold the square on the diagonal and wrap the long edge around the crown for a turban, tucking the ends at the back. Left flat, drape it over the shoulders as a light shawl; gathered at the neck, it sits close under a coat collar. Store it folded flat so the corners keep their shape.
