A quick-drying mascara applies evenly and resists smudging and fading. Sweep from the base upward three to five times for thicker, longer, curled lashes, then brush the lower lashes downward to open the eye.

How to use
Start with clean, dry skin. Rotate up a small amount, apply evenly, then blend with the detachable brush and layer as needed. For lashes, sweep the wand from the base upward three to five times, then brush the lower lashes downward.
