How to use
Exfoliate with a scrub before you start, then spread the gel evenly over the body, keeping it away from eyebrows, eyes and hairline. Apply every 2-3 days until you reach the depth you want, and reapply after swimming. Once the colour is right, use it 1-2 times a week to keep the tone.
