The gel brings together panthenol, allantoin and a castor oil and olive oil ester with VP/VA copolymer, which helps the shape set. It works through the hairs and holds the line you comb in.
Use it on bare brows before makeup or over pencil and powder to tidy the finish. Sparse arches, brows growing back after years of over-plucking and full shapes all take well to a quick sweep.

How to use
Brush the brows upward and outward with a clean spoolie or brow brush. Press the hairs into your chosen shape and let the gel set for a moment. For a more defined arch or tail, add a second light pass.
