The formula lists water first, followed by PVP/VA vinyl propionate copolymer, glycerol and propylene glycol. Hydroxyethyl cellulose, PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil, phenoxyethanol and disodium EDTA complete the ingredient list.

How to use
Begin with clean, dry brows. Load a clean spoolie or brow brush with a small amount of gel. Sweep through the brow hairs in the direction of growth, pressing lightly to shape the line. Add a second pass only if you want a more defined result.
