Panthenol and allantoin join a castor oil/olive oil ester in a water-based blend with VP/VA copolymer and ethanol. Keep it with your brow pencil, powder or gel for shaping days and simple grooming days alike.
Use it after cleansing, before or after makeup as you prefer. One 16 g bottle is included.

How to use
Start with clean, dry brows. Dispense a small amount and sweep it through the hairs and along the skin beneath, using a clean spoolie or brow brush. Let it dry before applying brow pencil, powder or gel. Use morning or evening as part of your brow routine.
