The barrel is slim and light in the hand, so the tip stays steady as you work close to the lashes. Draw the upper lash line for definition, or keep the stroke short and fine for something quieter.

Draw along the upper lash line in short strokes, building the line as you go. For highlight, tap lightly along the top of the cheekbone or the inner corner of the eye. Blend the edges with a fingertip if you want a softer finish.
